By using WebPhone, you agree to these terms.

Use the app for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or abuse shared infrastructure (for example, sending automated traffic designed to overload a shared feature).

Content you create — notes, saved drawings, and similar — is yours. Where a feature stores this only on your device, we have no access to it and no ability to recover it if you clear your browser data; back up anything important separately if that matters to you.

We aim to keep the app available and working, but offer it on an "as available" basis, without a guarantee against downtime, bugs, or the discontinuation of an individual tool or game over time. Where we can, we'll give notice before removing something you rely on.

We may update these terms as the app grows; continuing to use WebPhone after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date on this page.
